Raka Atanil Fajr prayer is a nafilah prayer that is performed at the dawn of the morning. 

The Messenger of God (S.A.W) said that doing it is better than the world and all that is in it. 

The Raka'atanil Fajr prayer is two rak'ahs, and it is done at the time of dawn before the Fajr prayer, as soon as the Fajr prayer is done, the Raka'atanil Fajr prayer is over according to the understanding of most of the scholars.
